LDAG Panel @ American Libary Association Conference

Preserving History: Establishing a National Latino Digital Archive

This panel will describe a project to ensure that Latino history and culture are preserved into the digital future.  Presenters are Lizette Guerra from UCLA's Chicano Studies Research Center Library; Romelia Salinas of the Library of the California State University, Los Angeles; Kathryn Blackmer Reyes of the Cultural Heritage Center of the King Library at San Jose State University; and Lillian Castillo-Speed of the Ethnic Studies Library at UC Berkeley.
